Adding Your Race on Our Online Calendar:
As a service to the running community, Pretzel City is glad to list races on our calendar with which we have no involvement. This service is free and we can generally post a submission with 2 business days of receipt. Pretzel City Sports’ web site gets over 800,000 hits a year, many of which are by people hunting races to run.
Soon, we will be initiating a system that will populate the calendar automatically, once we approved the submission. In the meantime, if you wish to have us list your race.

In the body of the email please provide us as much as the following information as you can:
Race Name
Race Date
Race Distance and Type: 5k road race, 10k trail run, etc
Location: city, state
Time the Running Actually starts
Race Contact’s name:
Contact Information: email address, phone number or both
Race Website
Pretzel City can also provide additional services such as posting your race application on our site, displaying your race application at the 250+ races we time, sending out an eblast to our 27,000+ list of runners for which we have email addresses, etc. But each of these promotions are “billable services”. You can find out what each cost by just clicking this “Promotion Only” link, that is located Pretzel City Sports website.
Our regrets in advance but not every calendar listing or requested promotional services will be approved. PCS reserves the right to reject such a request if the event is more than 150 miles from our general service area (southeastern PA) or if it is within 20 miles of an event that day that has contracted Pretzel City Sorts to time and/or promote it. We will not knowingly publicize or assist an event that could hurt the attendance of our loyal customers.
